Are Free items Really Free? What's The Catch?
Yes, our Free/Promotional products are really FREE. The price of the product itself is $0 (regular price $19.99 and up).

We run these limited time promotions in hopes that you will fall in love with our website, quality, and craftsmanship of our products, and become a lifelong customer of ours. 

All we ask is that you help us with shipping (on free items only). For those, shipping cost is $9.95/item.

I Am Missing Some Products From My Order!

 As such, sometimes products in your order might be coming from different locations. Also, we do ship our products as soon as they are available so that you do not wait any longer than you have to in order to receive your order, which means that you might receive multiple packages.

How Fast Do You Ship My Order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 Business Days. Since we ship from different warehouses, sometimes we may ship orders out separately as they are available, so that you receive all your items as fast as possible.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?
For the USA: Most orders are delivered, on average, within 14 business days. On some rare occasions, due to holidays or unseen circumstances, orders may take a few more days. For that reason, please allow 21 business days before contacting us.

For Canada, Australia and the U.K.: Most orders are delivered on average, within 21 business days. On some rare occasions, due to holidays or unseen circumstances, orders may take a few more days. For that reason, please allow 30 business days before contacting us.

For the Rest Of The World: Depending on your location, your oder may take 20-40 days to arrive. For more details, feel free to contact us

The number of packages being sent around the world during the holidays makes it tougher for online companies and shipping courier services. Delays may occur.

How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping Rates:

We offer Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

The rates varies depending on your order and  shipping zone

For free items, we charge a standard rate of  $9.95 per item.

For retail items, the base rate is $4.95 for the first item and total shipping cost varies depending on your total order weight.

I have entered an incorrect address!
It is very important that you make sure you have given us the correct shipping address. Any errors in the address provided could result in your shipment being unable to be delivered. For that reason, you must contact us within 12 hours with a change of address, or your order will be processed to the wrong address.

In that case, we cannot be held responsible for your mistake. You will then be responsible for any shipping fees needed to have your order shipped back to the correct address.

And keep in mind that we will also not be able to reship or offer a refund until the shipment has been delivered back to us.

I Still Haven't Received My Order. Can I Get A Refund?
Packages very rarely get lost. Unless you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, they would get to their destination 99.99% of the time.

But on some rare occasions, customs will hold a package much longer than expected. For that reason, if you still did not receive your shipment after 60 days, contact us, and we will refund 100% of your order.

When your shipment finally gets to you after those 60 days, it is yours to keep, even if we have already refunded your entire order.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order. After that time has passed, your order has been processed and you are more than welcome to use our easy return policy once you've received it.
